Vendor Information and Application
The Atlanta International School (AIS) community invites you to sell your goods at our 2024 German Christmas Market.
Please complete your vendor registration here. When your application has been accepted by the AIS German Christmas Market Committee, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete the registration process. Please pay your vendor registration fee here within 72 hours of your application acceptance.
*Our AIS German Christmas Market ensures that our market exhibits a variety of products and may have to deny an application if a similar vendor is already registered. The sale of alcoholic beverages by vendors is not allowed.

Early Bird Registration Fee: Until September 30, 2024 = $300
Regular Rate Registration Fee: From October 1, 2024 = $350
Booth Information: The AIS Christmas Market will provide each vendor with a 10 ft. x 10 ft. tent with side walls. It is possible to share the tent with another vendor. However, one of the vendors must act as the primary renter on the Vendor Application. A wall or fabric cannot physically separate the tent area. String lights will be installed in the vendor tent depending on the tent location. You are strongly encouraged to decorate your tent for the Christmas season!
Complimentary Meal: We appreciate your participation and will provide a complimentary meal (one sausage or soup and one drink) to all vendors.
Electricity: Please note that electricity at the market is limited. The AIS Christmas Market will supply one electrical outlet per booth unless otherwise arranged. Vendors should bring extension cords and power strips to distribute the electricity around the booth. Please do not bring generators, and please do not use an open flame or electric skillets. Microwave ovens are acceptable.
Entertainment: The AIS Christmas Market will host several performers (AIS and German cultural groups, choral groups from other schools, etc.) throughout the day. There will be breaks between the performances to promote browsing and shopping.
Vendor Raffle: All vendors are kindly asked to donate an item from their product line to our Christmas Market Raffle. The item should have a market value of at least $25.
Setup time: Setup will open at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the market.
Setup Support: AIS will NOT provide any setup, loading, or unloading assistance for the market vendors.
Parking: Parking will be provided, and the AIS Christmas Market will provide parking information closer to the market date.
Weather: The Christmas Market is a rain-or-shine, outdoor event. There will be no cancellations, postponements, or refunds. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.
